We are seeking experienced Gangers to lead site gangs delivering light rail track works safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with project documentation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, brief, and manage a gang on site
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, SSOW, and permits
• Organise labour, tools, plant, and materials
• Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards
• Liaise with Supervisors on progress and issues
• Identify hazards, close calls, and near misses
• Promote a strong safety culture on site

Essential Requirements

• CSCS Card
• SSSTS
• First Aid
• Small Tools Competency
• PTS (Personal Track Safety) Desirable
• Proven experience leading rail or civils gangs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
