Site Supervisor

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07 30

We are recruiting a Site Supervisor to directly control and coordinate site activities, ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of works, project documentation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and allocate work
• Brief and implement WPPs, RAMS, permits, and SSOW
• Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials
• Monitor workmanship and stop work if unsafe
• Report progress, risks, and close calls
• 
  

Essential Requirements

• CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• PTS (Personal Track Safety) Desirable
• Supervisory experience in rail or civil engineering
• Strong safety leadership and organisational skills
