Job Description
My client is a volume residential developer with a brand new timber frame scheme in Hertfordshire. They are looking for a "no1" Site Manager to manage the project through to completion.
Details of the role are as follows:
- Hertfordshire based
- 300 per day to start
- Temp to perm opportunity
- 75k + package on a permanent basis
The project:
- Brand new residential development
- Over 100 units
- Timber frame construction
- Volume housebuilder
- Long term opportunity with an immediate start available
Experience required:
- Strong No.1 Site Manager experience within volume housebuilding
- Previous timber frame experience is essential
- Able to take ownership of a new scheme from the outset
- Available to start immediately or within the next couple of weeks
