Experience: 5+ years of UK-based post-qualification experience in a professional practice or consultancy setting. Software: Proven, daily proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (BIM coordination experience is a strong plus). Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, standard construction detailing, and producing technical specification packages (NBS). Professional Status: Associate CIAT (ACIAT) or actively working toward Chartered status (MCIAT). Desirable: Previous exposure to site visits, measured surveys, and contractor queries (RFIs).
