A full-time supervisor is in place to handle paperwork, you just need to build the job. Scope of works includes: Excavation using up to an 8-tonne excavator and breaker Carriageway construction including formation dig and Type 1 installation Road base installation (remaining asphalt by others) Installing kerbs, edgings and tactile paving Drainage installation including ditches and new surface water drainage runs Requirements Proven foreman experience on highways or civils schemes NPORS or CPCS excavator ticket (essential) CSCS card NRSWA Streetworks Operative ticket (at least one gang member per gang must hold this) Full 6-point PPE Available to start 27th July 2026 and commit to the full duration

They now need a General Foreman to join their team to help run sites at all stages. The General Foreman will be responsible for managing daily site works alongside a Site Agent and Site Engineer. Projects: highways, s278 works, deep drainage, public realm / streetworks, flood defence, bridges / structures etc. General Civil Engineering works. Projects 5m- 15m. All work is regional and most of the work is around the A1/M1 and M62 corridors in Yorkshire. They aim to keep staff within 1 hour of home where possible.
