Good working knowledge of mechanical building services. Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical trades on site. Experience managing subcontractors and operatives across live commercial projects. Ability to manage multiple projects, sites or work fronts simultaneously. Experience with power, lighting, containment, fire alarm and data installations. Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and site procedures. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and programmes. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence. Desirable Requirements SSSTS or SMSTS. ECS Gold Card or equivalent. First Aid at Work. PASMA and/or IPAF. Experience working in live or occupied commercial environments.
