Experience using Asset Management Systems (AMS) and analysing complex asset datasets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical investment strategies. Experience producing reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of asset investment and business planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A relevant qualification in Asset Management, Building Surveying, Housing, Construction or a related discipline. Why Apply?
