Joining a well-established Infrastructure team, you'll manage a varied portfolio of projects from initial route planning through to construction and completion, providing expert land and property consultancy to clients across the UK. Reporting into senior leadership, you'll work closely with clients, landowners and project teams, managing land rights, negotiations and stakeholder relationships while supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure schemes. You'll also play an important role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the business. What You Will Be Doing Manage infrastructure projects from planning through to construction and completion Provide professional land and property consultancy advice across utility and infrastructure schemes Negotiate with landowners to secure land rights, access agreements and compensation settlements Prepare and serve statutory notices where required Support compulsory purchase, acquisitions of rights and land referencing activities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landowners and key stakeholders Respond to public enquiries and represent clients in a professional manner Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients Support wider infrastructure projects across multiple sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre and renewables Mentor and support graduates and junior surveyors within the team Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Infrastructure division About You MRICS or AssocRICS qualified (preferred) Previous experience within infrastructure, utilities, rural or land surveying Strong project management and organisational skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Confident managing client and stakeholder relationships Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Full UK driving licence Passionate about delivering high-quality work and developing within a collaborative team What's On Offer Hybrid and flexible working Company car or car allowance Discretionary bonus scheme Private healthcare 25 days annual leave, increasing with service, plus birthday leave and additional Christmas shutdown days Enhanced family leave policies Wellbeing programme and volunteering days Genuine career progression from Senior Surveyor through to Associate Partner
