Full responsibility for managing the safe, quality-led delivery of a £40m new buildLeading site teams and key subcontractorsManaging programme, cost, quality and client relationshipsWorking closely with commercial, design and operational colleagues
What you'll need
Proven experience delivering significant new build projects as a Project ManagerBackground with a main contractor (ideally Tier 1 or large Tier 2) - Open to all main contracting experience.Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skillsPassion for quality, safety and team development
