The project includes major enabling and infrastructure works supporting a large-scale data centre development, including: Earthworks and cut/fill operations Piling, foundations and reinforced concrete works Drainage and attenuation systems Utilities infrastructure and diversions HV/MV power infrastructure Data and security ducting and chambers Roads, external works and hard landscaping Underground utility corridors and site-wide infrastructure Design development, technical coordination and statutory approvals You'll also play a key role in coordinating design teams, consultants, utility providers, subcontractors and client stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a complex and technically demanding programme. What you'll be responsible for Project Leadership & Delivery Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards Establish strong project governance, controls and reporting Take ownership of programme, milestones, risks and delivery performance Ensure resources, procurement and subcontractor activities are aligned with project requirements Identify constraints and implement effective recovery strategies where required Commercial Management Take responsibility for project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and commercial performance Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities Support change control, cost management and forecasting Work closely with the commercial team to maximise project performance and profitability Health, Safety & Quality Lead project health, safety and environmental performance Promote a proactive culture of safe working and personal accountability Ensure quality plans, inspections and assurance processes are effectively implemented Drive right-first-time delivery and defect prevention Manage non-conformances and corrective actions through to successful resolution Ensure completed works meet contractual, technical and statutory requirements Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, utility providers and supply chain partners Lead effective project communication and reporting Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle Support the development of long-term client relationships and repeat business People Leadership Lead, develop and support project teams Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance Set clear expectations and support the development of team members Contribute to succession planning and talent development What we're looking for We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of complex construction projects and working in a demanding, technically focused environment.
