The project includes major enabling and infrastructure works supporting a large-scale data centre development, including: Earthworks and cut/fill operations Piling, foundations and reinforced concrete works Drainage and attenuation systems Utilities infrastructure and diversions HV/MV power infrastructure Data and security ducting and chambers Roads, external works and hard landscaping Underground utility corridors and site-wide infrastructure Design development, technical coordination and statutory approvals You'll also play a key role in coordinating design teams, consultants, utility providers, subcontractors and client stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a complex and technically demanding programme.
