Building Surveyor - Consultancy Manchester An established and rapidly growing property consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team. With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial work, this is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive, ambitious business. About You We're keen to speak with Building Surveyors who have: Experience within a consultancy environment (graduate through to senior level) MRICS qualification or currently working towards APC Experience carrying out Home Buyer Surveys would be highly advantageous Strong report writing and communication skills Experience in drone surveys would be beneficial but is by no means essential Senior applicants should also be comfortable developing client relationships and supporting business development activities. Your new company You will be joining a growing property asset management company who are looking to grow the Manchester office with a senior surveyor in commercial property management. This is a hybrid working role for 3 days in the office working across a mixed portfolio of office, industrial and retail units. Your role will be to: Understand the strategic objectives of the client and work within the agreed scope to meet their requirements. Develop a CRM role with key clients. Build your network of market contacts and understand core business development approach and principles. Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Manchester (Site Based) Salary: Up to 60,000 + benefits (dependent on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a major Grade II listed refurbishment project in Manchester. Phase One of the scheme comprises 153 residential apartments and 10 commercial units , with completion due in late Q1 2027 . A Phase Two development will follow, delivering a further 282 new-build apartments . With a strong secured pipeline of future projects, this role offers long-term stability and progression within a growing construction and development business. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for providing accurate, value-driven commercial support to projects, ensuring all commercial activities are carried out in line with contractual requirements, internal procedures, and senior management expectations. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated project team.
