This is a mobile role working across multiple community health care clinics/centres in and around the Medway area in Kent. Job Purpose As Lead Maintenance Operative / Site Supervisor you will be split between supervising the sites and maintaining an active role in your trade . There are 4 sites in total located in the Medway towns in Kent. Key responsibilities include; Reactive maintenance and repairs such as power and lighting faults Planned preventative maintenance (PPM's) such as emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
