An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Flooring Customer Care Fitter to join a growing and well-established specialist flooring contractor operating across the North East.

Working with some of the UK s largest house builders, you ll play a key role in delivering high-quality remedial and customer care works across new build residential developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

You ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team where quality, communication, and professionalism are genuinely valued.

You will:

• Carry out customer care remedial works across a range of flooring types
• Liaise with the Customer Care team to coordinate and complete remedial visits
• Conduct site visits to assess reported flooring issues and determine solutions
• Complete remedial works within agreed timescales
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, clients, and internal teams
• Provide technical advice relating to flooring products and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records and updates on customer care cases
• Work closely with operational and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of works

• Experience fitting a variety of flooring types including Carpet, LVT, Vinyl, Safety Flooring, and Sub-Floor Preparation
• Strong knowledge of flooring products and installation methods
• Experience working on residential developments or large-scale construction projects preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional and solution-focused approach
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Full UK driving licence required
• CSCS card and relevant flooring qualifications beneficial
