About the Role We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join our responsive repairs and maintenance team, working across our social housing portfolio. You'll carry out a variety of maintenance and repair works in occupied and void properties, helping to ensure residents' homes are safe, well-maintained, and completed to a high standard. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Maintenance Operative. Strong skills across several trades, with carpentry or plumbing as a core trade preferred. Experience working within social housing, local authority, or residential maintenance is desirable. Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. Good communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving licence. Ability to pass a DBS check (where required). Desirable Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade. CSCS Card. ELECTRICIAN Multi Trader Temp to Perm Position Location South East London area: Patches include Morden, Kingston upon Thames, Croydon 40 hours per week Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm 27.07 per hour via Umbrella You will be allocated van, fuel card, mobile phone, tools, test kit, uniform, lone working device and all PPE provided. We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Electrician in South London. You will be working on our properties in the South West London area. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out reactive repair work in our residents' homes and communal areas. Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with Electricity at Work Regulations and BS th Edition Testing and certifying work carried out in accordance with current IET Wiring Regulations. Where necessary, ensure Health & Safety working practices which are essential to ensure the safety of both tenants and operatives, are always implemented. Be responsible for safeguarding test instruments and other equipment issued. Safeguard, maintain, replenish, and keep records of electrical materials issued for van stock. What you will need to succeed We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and is friendly and positive. The successful candidate will have: Experience of reactive repairs within a social housing/residential setting. Have the skills to inspect, test, install, maintain and repair electrical installations. Have the capability to complete electrical certification/reports for the type of work being undertaken.
