Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop within a Quantity Surveying career. Previous experience within construction, maintenance, or an Assistant/Trainee role would be advantageous but not essential.
