Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: 38,000 - 42,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent Full-time

The Role

Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 guidance
Survey a range of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties
Identify and assess asbestos containing materials accurately
Produce clear and compliant asbestos survey reports
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams on site
Ensure all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance

Requirements

BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited consultancy
Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations and industry guidance
Ability to manage workload independently
Good communication and report writing skills
Full UK driving licence
