This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing environmental consultancy who deliver high-quality asbestos services across the South East. They are looking for a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team covering Maidstone and the wider Kent region.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:
Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264
Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring
Work across a mix of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites
Produce accurate survey and analytical reports
Ensure all work is carried out in line with UKAS and HSE guidance
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:
BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications
Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy
Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards
Good IT skills and report writing ability
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
