Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 + package (DOE)

A leading Main Contractor is seeking a Senior External Envelope Manager for a major residential development in Henley-on-Thames.
The role will involve overseeing all façade and envelope packages across a large-scale live project, managing subcontractors, QA, logistics coordination and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple façade subcontractors
• Coordinating programme and logistics sequencing
• Chairing external works meetings
• Managing façade QA and compliance processes
• Liaising with design, commercial and site teams
• Monitoring progress and resolving site issues
• Managing EWS1 and warranty-related requirements

Requirements:

• Strong external envelope/façade experience
• Residential project background essential
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong technical and QA knowledge
• SMSTS & CSCS essential
