Utilizing a variety of hand and power tools, including hand floats, screeds, and power trowels, to achieve high-spec finishes (tamped, brush, or power-floated finishes). Inspecting forms and checking concrete consistency during pours. Working effectively alongside the groundworks and reinforcement gangs to meet tight project specifications. What We Need From You: Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled card preferred). Proven, solid experience as a Concrete Finisher on commercial, industrial, or civils frameworks. Your own full PPE and specialist finishing hand tools. Clean background: Clean criminal record and the ability to provide verifiable ID and address history to pass strict security vetting. Strong work ethic, reliability, and an excellent eye for detail.
