Banksman

Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) are currently looking for an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshall to work on a busy housing development in Crewe. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site safety by managing vehicle movements and ensuring safe access around the project.

Duties Include:

• Directing and guiding site traffic, deliveries, and plant machinery safely around site
• Banking wagons and plant using correct hand signals and radio communication
• Ensuring pedestrian walkways and vehicle routes remain safe and clear
• Assisting with site access and gate duties when required
• Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
• Communicating effectively with drivers, site operatives, and management
• Helping with general labouring duties when needed

Requirements:

• Valid Banksman / Traffic Marshall ticket
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience working on housing or construction sites
• Full PPE
• Good communication skills and awareness of site safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
