As a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of construction projects, supporting both internal teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include: Developing detailed M&E estimates from tender documentation, drawings, and specifications Collaborating with designers, project managers, clients, and suppliers Providing cost, design, and construction methodology advice Leading negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers Supporting value engineering and efficient design solutions Assisting the Commercial team with variations and final accounts Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Mentoring junior team members to strengthen team capability About you: You ll be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering.
