You will be assisting groundworkers and civil engineering teams with site prep, drainage, trial holes, and general site maintenance. Candidates holding a Banksman / Vehicle Marshaller ticket will be at a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities Assisting groundworkers with trenching, ducting, and general ground maintenance. Directing site traffic, machinery, and plant movements safely (if holding a Banksman ticket). Keeping site routes, access points, and working areas clear and safe. Assisting with materials handling and general site labouring duties. Requirements & Criteria CSCS Card: Active CSCS card is essential . PPE: Full Orange High-Vis (top and trousers) + Safety Boots and Hard Hat. Tickets: A valid Banksman / Vehicle Marshaller ticket (CPCS/NPORS) is highly desirable and advantageous. Experience: Background working on groundworks, civil engineering, or highways infrastructure projects. Reliability: Punctual, physically fit, and able to commit to standard site hours (7:30am start).
