Details: Monday 13th July to Friday 17th July 2026 300 per day CIS Large residential developer Development of over 100 units Busy site with roofs going on and up to 60 trades on site, including bricklayers, carpenters and scaffolders Who we're looking for: Extensive experience as a No.1 Site Manager Proven background running large residential developments for a major housebuilder Comfortable managing a busy live site with multiple subcontractors Available to start on Monday 13th July CSCS, First aid and SMSTS required.
