The Project Manager The successful Project Manager will have: Project management experience within a UK construction consultancy Experience delivering cladding, fire safety or building safety remediation projects Knowledge of external wall systems and occupied residential developments Experience working on new-build construction projects A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Progress towards, or membership of, RICS, APM, CIOB or an equivalent professional body Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and current fire safety requirements Strong client-facing, reporting and stakeholder management skills In Return? 45,000 - 55,000 Discretionary bonus Pension contribution Private healthcare Professional membership fees Chartership support Clear career progression Exposure to major building safety and new-build projects Project Manager Cladding Remediation Fire Safety Building Safety Construction Consultancy New-Build Construction
