This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in brickwork, joinery or interior fit-out who takes pride in delivering projects to the highest standard. The successful candidate will oversee the finishing stages of construction, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and snag-free. Experience leading finishing works, particularly within joinery and fit-out, is commonly sought for this type of role. Key Responsibilities Supervise all finishing trades on site. Coordinate bricklayers, joiners, fit-out teams and subcontractors. Manage snagging and quality inspections. Ensure works are completed to programme and specification. Maintain high standards of health and safety. Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers and clients. Monitor materials, deliveries and workforce productivity. Carry out site inspections and ensure excellent workmanship throughout the project. Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman , Working Foreman or Site Supervisor. Trade background in Brickwork, Joinery or Interior Fit-Out . Strong understanding of finishing works and quality control. Ability to read drawings and manage multiple trades. SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred. Valid CSCS Card. First Aid qualification desirable. Full UK Driving Licence.

This position would suit somebody from a construction background looking to move into education. You'll be delivering Level 1 and Level 2 construction programmes, supporting learners through practical and classroom-based training. Following a significant increase in secured work, including multiple projects with confirmed start dates spanning the next two to five years, alongside further schemes close to approval, our client is expanding its management team and is looking to appoint experienced Supervisors and Managers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, delivering major new build apartments, schools, hospitals and MOD developments across the Northwest and Yorkshire. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising bricklayers and labourers on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Supervising bricklayers and labourers on live construction sites. Coordinating daily site activities to keep works on programme. Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high quality standards. Delivering toolbox talks and promoting a strong Health & Safety culture. Ensuring work is completed in line with programme and specification. What We're Looking For Bricklayer by trade. At least two years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman. Experience delivering brickwork packages for a specialist brickwork subcontractor. CSCS Gold Card. SMSTS. NVQ Level 3 or above. Full UK driving licence.
