As a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative, you will be: Carrying out carpentry and joinery works within social housing void properties Installing kitchens and completing associated joinery tasks Undertaking wall and floor tiling as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments Completing general multi-trade finishing works, including skirting, architraves, patch repairs and minor decorating Working with all materials already provided on site Travelling to sites across Sheffield and the surrounding areas Delivering high-quality work while meeting refurbishment turnaround times I'd love to speak to anyone who has: Experience working on social housing void properties or domestic refurbishment projects A strong carpentry/joinery background with multi-trade experience Confidence carrying out tiling and general finishing works Their own professional carpentry toolkit A full UK driving licence The ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality work Availability to commit to full-time, long-term work This Carpenter Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits: Weekly CIS payments 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Long-term, ongoing work Consistent workload on a secure social housing contract Materials provided and already on site Immediate start available Location & Travel Work is primarily on social housing void properties across Sheffield and the surrounding areas .
