Location: SW16 3HB Pay Rate: 22 CIS Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute break) MMP is currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a Social Housing contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance works within both occupied and void properties , while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Complete associated repair works as required. Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently and effectively. Deliver a high standard of customer service when working in residents' homes. Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timescales. Accurately update job details and work progress using the provided PDA system. Work towards productivity targets and tight deadlines. Requirements Previous experience working within the social housing sector . Strong plumbing maintenance and repair experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points). Essential Qualifications Recognised Plumbing qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Asbestos Awareness certification (can be completed prior to the start date). Basic DBS Check .
