Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced Handy Person / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join their team on a full-time PAYE basis.
This practical role involves carrying out property maintenance across residential and commercial sites in London and High Wycombe. You will work within a professional property management and maintenance team, delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Painting and decorating
- General property maintenance
- Basic gardening tasks
- Plumbing repairs and upkeep
- Carpentry work
- Roof repairs and inspections
- Ensuring all work sites are left clean and tidy
- Assisting with removals when necessary
- Using company tools and equipment responsibly
- Reporting issues promptly and following management instructions
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Minimum of three years experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong time management skills and reliability
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail
