The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying, rectifying, and signing off painting and decorating defects in preparation for CML inspections. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work to strict quality standards within a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out painting and decorating snagging works on completed plots. Identify and rectify defects highlighted through Clerk of Works inspections. Use Site Audit Pro (or similar site quality management software) to review and manage snagging items. Utilise area stickers to clearly identify and track outstanding defects. Prepare plots to the required standard for CML inspections. Complete and maintain sign-off sheets as snagging items are rectified. Ensure all works are completed in line with company quality standards and programme requirements. Liaise with site management and quality teams to ensure timely completion of defects.
