This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Site Agent to join an established project team and play a key role in the successful delivery and completion of a major infrastructure project. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager and Works Manager, taking responsibility for the technical and construction leadership of the project. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving construction challenges, coordinating technical interfaces and providing clear direction to engineering and site teams. The Project The project involves the delivery of a 510m cut-and-cover tunnel as part of the HS2 works, incorporating significant reinforced concrete, structural, earthworks, drainage, waterproofing and associated civil engineering activities. The project is now progressing through the later stages of construction, with additional instructed works and further civil engineering packages anticipated. This provides an opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join an established team and have a direct influence on the successful delivery of the remaining works. The Role As Site Agent, you will act as a key technical and construction lead, working alongside the Senior Project Manager and Works Manager to ensure works are safely, efficiently and successfully delivered in accordance with the design, programme and project requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Providing technical and construction leadership across the project. Coordinating construction activities and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications and project requirements.
