Reporting into the Commercial Director your will be involved in Feasibility & Cost Estimating: Analysing site potential and preparing initial budgets and cost forecasts before construction begins. Will be responsible for managing several sites simultaneously Procurement & Tendering: Managing the bidding process for tenderers and working with the procurement team.
