Main duties include: Collaborate closely with colleagues across the valuation function and wider team to take personal accountability for progressing your own instructions. Pursue opportunities to expand the North West Valuation offering. • Lead Property Valuations - Assessing commercial properties and portfolios for a variety of public and private sector clients in the North West. Research Property Markets - Look into local property trends and prices to assist with valuations. Communicate with Clients - Respond to valuation-related queries professionally and helpful. Role Requirements MRICS/FRICS qualification and RICS registered Valuer status.
