The Role Installation Support : Assisting Electricians with the installation of containment systems, including tray, trunking, and conduit. Wiring & Pulling : Helping with cable pulling, wire stripping, and basic terminations under the supervision of a qualified sparky. Site Organisation : Ensuring all materials and tools are ready for the task at hand and maintaining a tidy work area to ensure site safety. Technical Assistance : Assisting with the mounting of fixtures, fittings, and electrical components. Productivity Driven : We need mates who are used to the pace of busy construction sites and can help keep the electrical program moving efficiently. Requirements Qualifications : ECS/CSCS Card is mandatory. Relevant electrical qualifications (Level 2 or 3) are highly desirable. CSCS Card : A valid Blue or Gold card is mandatory. Experience : Proven experience working as an Electrical Mate on commercial or industrial sites. Tools & PPE : Must have your own basic hand tools and full 5-point PPE (Hard Hat, High-Vis, Steel Toe Boots, etc.). Reliability : A strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a high-performing M&E team. Right to Work : Must have a valid right to work in the UK. Why Work With Search?
