Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer (Service & Repair)

The Opportunity

Regen Solutions are working on behalf of a well-established and reputable contractor within the social housing sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer. This is a field-based role covering Exeter and nearby areas, focused on service and repair (S&R) work within occupied residential properties.

The Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on domestic gas appliances and heating systems
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently on a first-time fix basis where possible
• Deliver high standards of work within social housing environments
• Ensure full compliance with gas safety regulations and company procedures
• Accurately complete job reports and documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Current Gas Safe registration
• Strong background in domestic service and repair
• OFTEC qualification (essential)
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic capability
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
• Strong customer-facing skills
