What We're Looking For Previous experience in a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar site-based management role. Experience within commercial flooring is highly desirable, particularly overseeing installation teams and specialist subcontractors. Candidates from commercial fit-out, interior finishes or related construction environments may also be considered where they can demonstrate relevant transferable experience. Good technical understanding of flooring installations, subfloor preparation and the importance of achieving the correct finish.
