The Role
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-contract activities and ensure the successful transition of projects from client instruction through to contract execution. This is a pivotal role within TG Escapes, focused on securing viable, profitable projects while coordinating internal teams, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Development
Establish preliminary design and manufacturing programmes aligned with TG Escapes’ build solutions.

This hybrid role offers a mix of office-based work in Wigan and site visits across the North West , providing hands-on experience in managing the financial and contractual aspects of a variety of commercial fit-out projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standards.
