The Role Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with cost management across live construction projects Preparation of valuations, cost reports and final accounts Supporting procurement of subcontractors and suppliers Assisting with tender analysis and subcontract package management Monitoring variations, change control and cost forecasting Liaising with site teams, consultants and subcontractors Ensuring commercial procedures are followed accurately About You Degree qualified or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Experience working with a main contractor on UK construction projects (preferred) Strong numerical, organisational and communication skills Keen to develop a long-term career in construction commercial management Proactive, detail-focused and capable of working within a collaborative team The Opportunity Exposure to high-quality construction projects in Central London A structured environment with strong mentorship and career development Competitive salary package with benefits Long-term progression within a respected contractor Location Central London (site-based with head office support)
