The Role As a Freelance Site Manager/project manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live housing site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working alongside a brilliant team with an additional site manager and two assistant site manager; coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, liaising with the Contracts Manager, and ensuring all homes are built in accordance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
