You will be primarily office based in the St Albans area, however hybrid working is a possibility for the individual. Within this role you’ll be surrounded by professionals who work closely as a team to deliver designs on time and within budget for a variety of clients such as Berkeley Group, Barratts and Bellway Homes. You’ll be responsible for all design aspects of the project lifecycle overseeing, drawings, structural calculations, engineering and coordination between client and architects.
Works are traditionally full envelope packages consisting of cladding systems, curtain wall, windows, doors, and architectural metalwork which typically range from £1m to £10m in value.

In addition to this, the business will only consider applicants that have facade experience including Cladding, Curtain walling and Rain Screens. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to programmes and deadline, be flexible to adapt to change and have a keen eye for quality.
Salary/ Benefits
