The Role: As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong architectural sensibility and a thoughtful, detail-driven approach. This is a creatively rich and technically involved role, ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of interior design, architecture and bespoke joinery . You will be transforming early-stage ideas into fully resolved, buildable concepts, ensuring every detail is considered in relation to the architecture, materials, and intended use of the space. Their studio and workshops are based just south of Bristol and the role can be hybrid. Key Responsibilities are to: Build rich and meaningful design narratives informed by architecture, materials, nature, art and culture Develop layouts and well-proportioned, functional spaces Develop detailed furniture and joinery concepts, including moulding strategies Resolve designs so they sit harmoniously within the architectural context Oversee specialist elements including metalwork, upholstery, ceramics, glass, and decorative features Maintain design integrity throughout technical development and production stages Skills & Experience for the Senior Interior Designer: Minimum 5 years experience in high-end residential interiors Experience working with heritage or listed buildings is highly desirable A collaborative mindset with experience working in multidisciplinary teams Strong conceptual thinking with a clear and considered design approach High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp What s on Offer : Salary is negotiable based around the individual s skills and experience which can be openly discussed with the recruiter prior to proceeding Pension scheme Cycle to Work scheme and free parking Regular staff socials 24 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) Hybrid working

Design Manager: Façades About the Opportunity A rare opportunity available here, for an experienced / competent Facades Designer, looking to progress in to Design Management. I’ve been approached by one of my clients as expansion as at the forefront of their business plans and due to successful tendering, within the residential market they’re recruiting for experienced facade design professionals You will be primarily office based in the St Albans area, however hybrid working is a possibility for the individual. Within this role you’ll be surrounded by professionals who work closely as a team to deliver designs on time and within budget for a variety of clients such as Berkeley Group, Barratts and Bellway Homes. You’ll be responsible for all design aspects of the project lifecycle overseeing, drawings, structural calculations, engineering and coordination between client and architects. Works are traditionally full envelope packages consisting of cladding systems, curtain wall, windows, doors, and architectural metalwork which typically range from £1m to £10m in value. As mentioned above, my client is open to Senior Level Designers seeking career progression. Sound like you? About the Employer Based in Hertfordshire, and covering London and the South / East of England Our Client, is a group a business’s specialising in Facades, Dry Lining , Roofing and Carpentry where they often control both internal and external packages on their projects – impressive right? This company have a turnover Circa £70m and predominantly work in the residential sector. My client have experienced recent rapid growth and are looking to break the £100m turnover mark within the 2-3 Years . Exciting times for the Business!! Requirements To be successful all applicants must have worked for a rival Façade subcontractor in the UK. You must have the appropriate qualifications and a minimum of 5 years design experience. In addition to this, the business will only consider applicants that have facade experience including Cladding, Curtain walling and Rain Screens. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to programmes and deadline, be flexible to adapt to change and have a keen eye for quality. Salary/ Benefits Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £60K to £70K. All reasonable travel expenses will be included and you will receive a company works package.
