About You We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in producing quality work and is confident working independently. You'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, commissioning, and fault-finding of communal and district heating systems, with a strong focus on Heat Interface Units (HIUs) across residential and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities Install, service, repair, and commission Heat Interface Units (HIUs). Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on communal and district heating systems. Maintain heating controls, including Y Plan, S Plan, thermostats, programmers, motorised valves, and smart controls. Install and maintain radiators, pumps, valves, and associated plumbing systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. Complete commissioning, system balancing, and performance testing. Maintain accurate job records using PDA/mobile devices. Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota. Deliver excellent customer service while working safely and in line with company procedures. About You City & Guilds Level 2/3 Plumbing qualification.
