Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of MEP packages on major data centre and commercial projects. Cost planning, estimating, and budget management from concept to completion. Procurement of specialist subcontractors and materials. Contract administration (NEC / JCT) and change control. Value engineering and risk management. Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive best value. Experience & Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
