This is a standout opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to step into the super-prime residential and bespoke commercial market, working on ultra high-spec installations across Central London. You ll be joining a highly regarded electrical contractor, trusted by elite clients to deliver precision, quality, and detail at the very top end of the market.

You won t be a number here. You ll work directly with directors, gaining exposure to decision-making, strategy, and future growth plans with a clear pathway to build and lead your own team long-term.

The Role:

• Manage and deliver full tender enquiries and submissions for high-end electrical projects
• Price super-prime residential and bespoke commercial installations
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and client requirements with precision
• Liaise directly with directors, clients, and design teams
• Contribute to commercial strategy and project wins
• Opportunity to mentor and grow a team beneath you as the business expands

What You ll Need:

• Experience as an Electrical Estimator within construction/building services
• Background in high-end, prime, or bespoke electrical projects (residential or commercial)
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and specifications
• Ability to manage tenders from enquiry through to submission
• Ambition to grow, take ownership, and progress into leadership
