The Role   We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-contract activities and ensure the successful transition of projects from client instruction through to contract execution. Maintain compliance with CDM regulations, sustainability standards, and timber-frame safety and quality guidance.  Client & Stakeholder Management   Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations. Ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery teams.  Handover to Delivery   Produce comprehensive pre-construction handover documentation. Support delivery teams during project mobilisation as required.    Skills & Experience   Essential   Proven experience in pre-construction within modular (MMC) or off-site construction.
