About You The successful candidate will have: Proven experience as a Design Manager within the residential construction sector. Experience delivering large-scale or multi-phase housing developments. Strong understanding of design coordination, construction methodologies, and technical detailing. Knowledge of UK planning processes, Building Regulations, and residential design standards. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with common construction and design management software. A relevant construction, architectural, or engineering qualification (degree or equivalent) is desirable.
