Job Overview
A Part II Architect role is available in South West London within the residential sector. The position is with an established architectural practice delivering high-end private homes across Prime London, valued between 1m and 6m. You will support projects across all RIBA stages, contributing to design development, technical coordination and site delivery. This role suits an experienced Part II professional who is on their way to be Part III qualified and seeking greater responsibility.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support projects from concept to completion
  • Produce concept development and presentations
  • Prepare drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Work across RIBA stages 1-7
  • Attend client and consultant meetings
  • Produce detailed construction information

You will support both design and technical stages, ensuring accuracy and quality across project outputs.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Part II qualified Architect with 2+ years' experience. Must be on the way to become a fully registered P3 Architect
  • Strong high-end residential portfolio of London based projects
  • Outstanding creative and concept development abilities
  • Experience across RIBA stages
  • Proven experience producing technical packages
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Knowledge of UK planning processes

Good communication skills are required, with the ability to support coordination with clients and consultants.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary of up to 45,000 DOE
