Salary: 37,000 - 45,000

They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground-running for their team in their Manchester studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
• Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
• Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
• CIAT registered or working towards chartership
• Experience managing projects across various sectors
• Experience working on projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards
• Job running experience
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
