Finishing Manager - High-End Residential Development

50,000 - 55,000 + Car Allowance + Package
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a high-end residential development in Streatham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a prestigious scheme delivering exceptional quality homes, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The Role
As Finishing Manager, you will take ownership of the final stages of construction, ensuring all units are completed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing trades, driving programme, and maintaining quality throughout the finishing phase.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all finishing works across the development
Ensure high-quality standards are achieved and maintained
Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities
Carry out snagging and de-snagging processes
Work closely with site and project management teams to meet deadlines
Ensure health & safety standards are upheld at all times
About You
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on residential projects
Strong track record of delivering high-quality homes
Experience working on high-end or heritage developments (preferred, not essential)
Excellent eye for detail and quality
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to drive programme and manage multiple units simultaneously
