Technical Coordinator

We are currently working with a leading residential developer looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the technical delivery of residential schemes, supporting projects from land acquisition through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage consultant design teams including architects, engineers, and external specialists
• Review and manage technical drawings, specifications, and design information
• Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning conditions
• Support the progression of developments through planning, approvals, and technical stages
• Liaise with internal departments including land, planning, construction, and commercial teams
• Assist with site queries and technical issues during construction
• Monitor programme deadlines and ensure timely delivery of information
• Support value engineering and cost-effective design solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within a housebuilder or residential developer
• Strong understanding of residential construction and technical design
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards
• Experience coordinating external consultants and design teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit beneficial)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
