A well-established and UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across Rochester and the wider South East region. The Role
Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification
Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with procedures
Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248
Managing workload effectively across multiple sites
Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control
About You
BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)
Full UK driving licence
Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role
Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance
Professional, organised, and reliable
Strong communication skills
