Contract Construction Site Manager

Job Description

Site Manager - Planned Works (Kitchens & Bathrooms)
Freelance 250 per day 3-4 Months

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a planned works programme (kitchens and bathrooms) across multiple sites.

Locations: Crawley & Maidstone
Base: Ideally Kent-based
Start Date: 20th April

The Role:

  • Managing planned works schemes (kitchen & bathroom refurbishments)
  • Overseeing site operations across multiple locations
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS Card
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Driving Licence
  • DBS
  • Proven experience delivering planned works / social housing projects

What's on offer:
